Description
Pale pink color with reflections of peach skin. Fruity and spicy nose. Suave on the palate, of good amplitude, with gluttony, fruit (peach, mandarin), balance thanks to a beautiful consensual vinous frame finely peppery. Serve at around 10°C throughout the meal or with a nice bouillabaisse and its rouille.
